Parking is available at:
Steamer Point, Penny Way, Christchurch BH23 4TA (15-20 min walk)
Highcliffe Cliff Top Car Park, Highcliffe, Christchurch BH23 5DF (50 min walk)
Blue Badge Parking: A small number of Blue Badge parking spots are available at Highcliffe Castle (subject to availability).
Car Drop Off: If you are being dropped off by car, please note that the drop off location is outside the front of the main gate of Highcliffe Castle (Rothesy drive) Only taxis will be permitted to go through the main driveway
BY TAXI
Taxi drop-off and collection is just inside the castle carpark and will be signposted.
We recommend pre-booking your return journey with United Taxis 01202 556677.
BY TRAIN
The nearest station is Hinton Admiral, which is approximately a 10-minute taxi journey or a 30-minute walk from Highcliffe Castle.

Please note that the wine tasting takes place inside Highcliffe Castle and the festival stage is not visible from the tasting rooms. We recommend selecting a tasting session that fits around the performances you'd like to see.

No. Please ensure your tickets are downloaded to your phone before you arrive, as mobile signal around the venue can be limited.
If you're attending as a group, we recommend sharing tickets with everyone before you travel.

Dress comfortably for a summer festival. Much of the event takes place on grass within the grounds of Highcliffe Castle, so comfortable footwear is recommended.
As much of the event is outdoors, we recommend checking the weather forecast and dressing appropriately.

Picnic blankets/Camping chairs (for daytime use)
Please note that picnic blankets and camping chairs cannot be used within the designated standing areas in front of the stage.
There is plenty of seating available throughout the festival grounds.

A fantastic selection of food vendors, outdoor bars and refreshments will be available throughout the event.
Outside food and drink are not permitted.
Sealed water in non-glass bottles is permitted.

Yes. This is an outdoor event in the grounds of Highcliffe Castle. Much of the venue, seating and garden areas are outdoors. Please dress for all weather conditions. Refunds will not be issued due to poor weather unless the event is cancelled because of severe conditions.

The inside of Highcliffe Castle is fully accessible. Facilities include:

Assistance dogs are welcome
The festival grounds are accessible but some routes are a little uneven and the distance from the castle & grounds to main stage is about 150 metres.

Visit the shop located within the castle during the festival and they will relay onto us.

This is an over 18s event. The event will operate a Challenge 25 policy. All guests who appear to be under 25 will be asked to produce photo ID to prove they are of legal age before being sold any alcohol.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
However, if we cancel or postpone the event for any reasons related to Covid-19 (or any mutation), we shall notify you and you may be permitted to transfer your ticket to the next calendar year event or you may apply for a refund within 1 calendar month of the date of cancellation/postponement. Refunds will be processed in accordance with your ticket provider’s terms and conditions.
